When the nature of decision changes (as a result of AI, etc), organizational structure is supposed to reflect that (by becoming more flat, etc). But when elements within an organization “resist” those change, it leads to inefficiencies of operation. This echoes the presence of psychopathic elements in your framework. great work and thank you.
