it is what I found especially valid when different people mean differently when they say the task is done. what is done from a temp staff's perspective is different from that from the project owner's. someone might care about a small part of a process and won't do anything more than specified 'precisely', while others care about the overall user experience, branding, and relationship building. while being agile, the project owner needs be mindful not to make each part too inhumanly mechanical and impersonal, which is what I found a problem in today's businesses.
